- We'll gather what we need to put a comprehensive lending strategy together after the call — so the next conversation is decisions, not discovery.
To get the most out of the call
- Have a rough idea of your current loan balance and rate (if you have a mortgage already)
- Know your goal for the next 12–24 months. Even “I'm not sure yet” is a fine answer.
- Be somewhere you can talk privately for 30 minutes
